The Emotional Vibration Scale Abraham-Hicks Law of Attraction

Have you ever wondered how to reach for a better feeling
than the one you have right now?
Which one should you pick?
What if Joy and Happiness feel unattainable?

This is one of the most useful ideas I've come across from reading about the Law of Attraction. With this guide we can map out a recovery route. I've been studying and learning from the writings of Abraham-Hicks and I kept reading about reaching for a better feeling, but joy or happiness felt too far away and out of reach. With this scale it's possible to find feelings that are closer to where you are but still higher up the scale, thus making them more manageable. Going from depression to anger is a positive step when looked at in this light.

Which feeling can you reach for now?

Then do some EFT for changing your feeling like this:

Setup (tapping on the karate chop point or rubbing the sore spot)

Even though I'm feeling [disappointed] right now, I love and accept myself anyway and I choose to feel [contentment] instead
Even though I'd rather be feeling [contentment] right now I acknowledge that I'm not and that I'm OK anyway.
Even though I've been stuck feeling [disappointment] for such a long time, I choose to let it be easy to change that now so I can feel [contentment] instead

Eyebrow

I'm feeling [disappointed] right now

Side of Eye

I want to feel better than this somehow

Under Eye

I feel so stuck in [disappointment] though

Under Nose

What if I can't change this feeling?

Chin

I don't want to attract even more [disappointment] into my life

Collar bone

I am feeling [disappointed] and it's here in my [name the part of your body that feels this]

Under arm

This [disapointment] feeling in my [body part]

Top of head

I'm curious about how I can shift up an emotional gear here now

 

Round 2

Eyebrow

I choose to feel [contented] instead

Side of Eye

That's a much better feeling already

Under Eye

I wonder which part of my body will feel this [contentment] first?

Under Nose

I know I can change how I feel right now

Chin

I'm choosing to attract [contentment] into my life

Collar bone

I'm tuning into [contentment] here in my body now

Under arm

I'mchoosing to grow this feeling of [contentment] within my body

Top of Head

I'm curious about just how large I can make this new feeling now

 

Round 3

Eyebrow

I can relax and enjoy this feeling of [contentment] now

I can feel my vibration shifting up a gear

Under Eye

And it feels so much better

Under Nose

I'm doing this for myself right now

I'm making my life better already

: I'm going to see just how much [contentment] I can feel in one go

Under Arm

I'm going to allow this [contentment] to fill me up and expand me

I'm curious about how this [contented] feeling will grow over the next few days and weeks

Take a deep breath, then tune into your feelings, especially your body sensations and see what's changed. If you haven't noticed any change at all then you may need to do some detective work. There are many ways of doing this and one of the best might be to search for articles on the emofree.com web site or you could enlist the help of a contributor to the EFT forum.

Remember to drink plenty of water when tapping as it helps the energy to shift more readily.
