This is one of the most useful ideas I've come across from
reading about the Law of Attraction. With
this guide we can map out a recovery route. I've been studying
and learning from the writings of Abraham-Hicks
and I kept reading about reaching for a better feeling,
but joy or happiness felt too far away and out of reach.
With this scale it's possible to find feelings that are closer
to where you are but still higher up the scale, thus making
them more manageable. Going from depression to anger is a
positive step when looked at in this light.
Even though I'm feeling [disappointed] right
now, I love and accept myself anyway and I choose to feel
[contentment]

Even though I'd rather be feeling [contentment] right
now I acknowledge that I'm not and that I'm OK anyway.

though I've been stuck feeling [disappointment] for such
a long time, I choose to let it be easy to change that

Take a deep breath, then tune into your feelings,
especially your body sensations and see what's changed. If
you haven't noticed any change at all then you may need to
do some detective work. There are many ways of doing this

Remember to drink plenty of water when tapping as it helps
the energy to shift more readily.
